General Bonus Conditions

General Wagering Rules

• All bets must be placed using cleared funds in your nogb88 account balance. Bets cannot be placed against pending deposits or pending bonus credits that have not yet been confirmed.

Casino and Live Casino

Casino game results are final once confirmed by the platform. In the unlikely event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or spin in progress will be completed and settled according to the outcome generated at the server level, regardless of whether the player's device remained connected. Players experiencing repeated connectivity issues are advised to contact support before continuing play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nogb88 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances under review, and permanent exclusion from the platform. nogb88 reserves the right to report serious violations to relevant authorities where appropriate.

nogb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or a player's own voluntary request to close their account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player wishing to close their nogb88 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, nogb88 will process any remaining eligible balance to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Account closure requests linked to responsible gaming concerns (e.g., self-exclusion) are treated with the highest priority and processed within 24 hours.

Involuntary Suspension

Where nogb88 suspends an account due to suspected breach of these Terms, the affected player will be notified by email to the address registered on the account. Funds held in a suspended account will remain frozen until the investigation is complete. Where a breach is confirmed, nogb88 may forfeit the account balance in whole or in part proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance released without deduction.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nogb88 will send an email notification to the registered address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Players who reactivate their accounts before the dormancy fee is applied will not be charged. Details of any applicable dormancy fees will be communicated clearly in the notification email.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nogb88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the nogb88 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures caused by third-party payment networks, internet service providers, or game studio servers.
• Any loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Errors in odds or pricing data caused by a third-party data feed provider, where such errors are outside nogb88's reasonable control.
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or failure of critical infrastructure.

nogb88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their nogb88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nogb88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

nogb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nogb88 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the website or by sending an email to the registered account address. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice, which will not be less than seven (7) days after the notification is issued, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or to address an urgent security concern, in which case they may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of the nogb88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
